Runway Prep
Runway Prep
RUNWAY PREP
Four weeks of structured training, nutrition and accountability
Begins Monday 10 August 2026
28 days · one-time payment
Runway Prep is a four-week training experience based on the structured approach I use when preparing clients for the runway.
Fashion Week does not move its dates, so the preparation has to be clear, consistent and completed on time.
Over 28 days, you’ll follow a complete schedule of sculpting, Pilates, conditioning and recovery sessions, supported by a structured meal plan, weekly live training and group accountability.
We begin and finish together.
Registration closes Sunday 9 August.
Your four-week runway plan
Runway Prep removes the guesswork from your month. Each week, you’ll know exactly what to complete and when.
The training is designed to improve strength, posture, definition and control without relying on long or punishing workouts.
Each week includes:
- One 45-minute Couture class with Pete
- One complete Pilates session with Chantal
- Two sculpt sessions
- One recovery session
- A printable weekly plan
- A Friday accountability check-in
Most sessions take 30 minutes or less. You can organise the recorded workouts around your schedule, while the live class and weekly check-in keep the group moving together.
The month builds like a runway season
Week 1: The Casting
Establish your routine, reconnect with your body and create the habits that will carry you through the month.
Week 2: The Fitting
Progress the training, improve your technique and build consistency.
Week 3: The Rehearsal
Increase the focus and prepare your body for the final phase.
Week 4: Show Week
Complete the full Snatched series, held back for the final week of the challenge.
Training and nutrition, already mapped out

It is designed to help you:
- Support your workouts and recovery
- Build balanced, satisfying meals
- Reduce guesswork around what to eat

- Establish habits you can continue afterwards
This is not an extreme Fashion Week diet. It is a practical four-week structure designed to work alongside your training.

The four weeks will pass either way.
